About Tim

I am 36 years old and have been in the construction industry since I was 16, starting with summer electrical work. After three years of studying International Business at the University of South Florida, I ended up having a child and did not finish school. I came home and continued in the construction industry, soaking up as much knowledge as possible, and finally taking the leap of faith three years ago to start this company.

After years of witnessing shady contractors who did not take pride in their work and others who just flat out lacked customer service, I decided something had to be done. Graduating from Titusville High School in 2006, I have been a member of this community since middle school and wanted to give back to the same town that gave me an education in life.

At Xotic P's, we have high standards for customer service, quality, and the work we perform. We believe in honor and integrity, showing up when we say we will, and doing what we say we are going to do, even if that comes at our expense.
